Loom & Hide policies

Every bag is handmade to order. It ships about 20 days after your order is placed, and delivery then typically takes 7–15 business days. Orders ship directly from our company in China. Shipping is $6.99 per order, and free on orders of $35 or more.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email contact@suita.store to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; once the item is received and checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method. If an item arrives damaged, email contact@suita.store within 7 days of delivery with photos, then send it back; once it arrives we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Genuine leather is a natural material, so small variations in color and texture are normal and are not a defect.
