Pearl & Rail policies

Orders ship directly from our company in China. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after your order is placed. Shipping is $6.99 per order, and free on orders of $35 or more.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email contact@suita.store to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; once the item is received and checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method. If an item arrives damaged, email contact@suita.store within 7 days of delivery with photos, then send it back; once it arrives we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. The hangers are electroplated steel, so light scuffs from contact can appear and are not a defect.
