Shell & Gilt policies

Orders ship directly from our company in China. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after your order is placed. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email contact@suita.store to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; once the item is received and checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method. If an item arrives damaged, email contact@suita.store within 7 days of delivery with photos. You do not need to send it back: we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Natural variation in shell color, sheen and size is not a defect.
