Terms of service

These terms apply when you use suita.store, operated by Aurora Trading LLC ("Suita", "we"), including when an AI assistant uses Suita for you. By using Suita or placing an order you agree to them. Contact: contact@suita.store.

Who you buy from

Each store on Suita is the seller of its products. Stores marked "Suita brand" are operated by Aurora Trading LLC; other stores are independent merchants. Each store's shipping and return policies are shown on its store page and product pages and form part of your purchase.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. The total, including shipping and any tax, is shown before you pay.
• Your order is placed when payment succeeds on our secure payment page (processed by Stripe). Unpaid orders expire, and their stock hold is released, after about 30 minutes.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Shopping with an AI assistant

An assistant such as ChatGPT can search Suita and prepare an order for you. You are responsible for checking the items, quantities, destination and total, and you confirm the purchase yourself by paying on the payment page. The assistant is provided by a third party; Suita is responsible for product information and orders on Suita, not for what an assistant says or does.

Shipping, customs and delivery

Most orders ship from our partner factories. Delivery times shown are estimates. Orders shipped outside the seller's country may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country, which the buyer pays unless the checkout says otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Returns follow the store's published return policy. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Accounts and stores

Keep your sign-in details secure. Store owners must provide accurate information, sell only goods they have the right to sell, follow the law and Suita's listing rules, and publish true shipping and return policies. We may remove listings or suspend stores that break these rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Suita: no fraud, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no scraping that harms the service, and no automated ordering without a real buyer. Automated agents must use our published agent interfaces.

Liability

Suita is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version shown here applies from the date above.
